Health Act 1994, Factory and Machinery Act
1967, Environmental Quality Act 1974 and other applicable laws,
regulations and statutory obligations

Ensuring all employees, clients and
sub-contractors endorse our "NO HARM" vision

Establishing and continually developing
health and safety education systems and training

Ensuring consistent safety practices across
all our work sites

Eliminating controllable hazards

Undertaking regular audits of safety
practices & management systems

Taking disciplinary action when
staff/subcontractors
disregard health and safety procedures/practices
-
Ensuring all accidents and near misses are
fully investigated and that action are taken to
prevent recurrence

Welcoming initiatives and suggestions to improve safety
performances

Regular consultation and targeted
communication to employees, sub-contractors
and clients
-
Providing an effective system of
rehabilitation management for injured
employees

sub-contractors are required to :

Adhere to
Jalur Cahaya's safe work practices,
objectives and instructions

Immediately
report any unsafe work
practices/equipments/conditions to their
supervisor

Not misuse,
refuse to use, damage or interfere with
anything provide for the purpose of
occupational health and safety
