Equipped with a team of skilled and experienced workforce, JCSB has been dynamically involved in Non- Revenue Water (NRW) reduction for the past few years. JCSB strives to overcome and curb the current  NRW woes triggered by pipe leakages & bursts, under-recording of meters, illegal connections, legal  non-metered supply and water theft to name a few. Currently, JCSB has been dynamically involved in  Non-Revenue Water reduction in Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.

By capitalizing the technology advancement and market demand, we are committed to serve our  clients  with the best and cost effective solution. Therefore, JCSB has formed a strategic partnership  with UK water technology solution provider, Crowder & Co. Ltd. This alliance has enhanced JCSB  capability in offering "Leakage Management Solution" and "Water Distribution Management System" to  the industry through the software named NETBASE.

JCSB is the first company in South East Asian utilizing NETBASE in conducting its NRW works.

With the support of our dedicated workforce, JCSB is spreading its wings as it  continues with the  establishment of new District Meter Zones (DMZ) in these locations. Due to the successful  implementation of NRW reduction projects in the above mentioned states, JCSB further hopes to  extend its vast experience to resolve the NRW crisis in other states of Malaysia. JCSB will go all-out to  espouse the Prime Minister’s proposal to overcome the current NRW woes by the year 2020.
